• Participants from abroad must have a valid passport to enter Japan. In addition, participants from particular countries must have a visa issued by The Japanese Embassy or Consulate General in their home country.
• Please ask your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals as to whether you are required obtain a visa. Please note that the standard processing period will take more than a month to obtain a visa.

-The Secretary General (bdahi@u-aizu.ac.jp) can issue an invitation letter upon request to those who need a visa.
