You will be assigned 10 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for questions and discussion. You are kindly requested to keep your talk within allocated time slot. The session's chairperson will make sure that the time schedule is kept.
You can bring your own computer, either Windows or Mac, with an external display connector for VGA.

The size of poster is a portrait A0 (including the title). Prepare your poster before the conference. Your poster should cover the KEY POINTS of your work. The ideal poster is designed to:

• attract attention
  
• provide a brief overview of your work
  
• initiate discussion and questions.
  

You will be given 3 minutes oral introduction to your studies. Please appreciate that strict time keeping will be necessary in order to ensure the meeting runs on schedule.
