Please fill below Registration Form and complete your payment. If you are an author, after your payment, please convert the Regitration form and the copy of registration fee payment certification to pdf files, and upload them to BigHealth2016 submission system (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/BH2016/) when you create/modify the camera ready submission. If you didn't submit any manuscript, please send us the Registration Form and the copy of registration fee payment certification by e-mail to: bdahi@u-aizu.ac.jp We will send you the Confirmation and Receipt by e-mail.
*The Registration Form must be send by September 15, 2015. After this date, only on-site registration with cash (Japanese Yen) will be accepted.
*Registration Fee can be paid via direct deposit through the following bank.
Payment should be made in Japanese yen. Please bear the bank remitting charges concerned with yourself.
