I studied at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences/Hochschule Karlsruhe in Germany from 2022/9 to 2023/2. I wanted to study there because of the courses they have, which are about developing Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR), which cannot be taken at the University of Aizu.

One of the courses I took was a team project of VR and except a regular meeting with the professor, we needed to work on the project on our own. Therefore, we decided when to gather up, what to create and learned how to implement it ourselves. Even when I get stuck in something, with the help from other team members and the professor, I could keep going. Hence, this was a good opportunity to learn the greatness of working as a team.

One of the wonderful things in Germany is that they are student-friendly. They provide free education for public schools, you can take free rides for trams for specific time, there is a bike-renting service which can be free if it has a partnership with your university. Also, this is not only in Germany but also all over the Europe that you can travel abroad easily. You can even take a day trip if the country is close enough. This is also one of the fascinating aspects of studying in Europe.

In conclusion, I had great experiences while studying in Germany and would like to make full use of what I acquired through them in the future.
