We cordially invite the submission of posters for the Graduate School Information Fair, at the University of Aizu Interdisciplinary Research Forum 2023. The event will be hosted by the University of Aizu and take place in front of Room 128 in Research Quadrangles 1F on October 1, 2023.

The student poster session is an annual event organized by the IEEE Student Branch of UoA in collaboration with the student recruitment section of the University. It is an integral part of the Graduate School Information Fair. This aims to provide an opportunity for interactive discussions, exchanging research ideas/progress among Graduate School students, laboratories and attracting undergraduate students to pursue their domains of interest in graduate school.

Poster submissions may describe recently completed work, highly relevant results of work in progress, or successful systems and applications, in all areas related to current research topics in the University of Aizu Graduate School. Posters are not formal publications, a work submitted as a poster in this session is eligible for future publication in other venues.

Since the poster will be printed and posted at the venue, we recommend the presenters to:

  • Prepare and submit a poster in a pdf format with embedded fonts. Samples of posters can be found in following links: .pdf_Eng, .ppt_Eng, .pdf_Jap
    . Submitted posters will be posted and available on the website.

Important Dates:

  • REGISTRATION PERIOD: From July 15 to September 15, 2023
  • POSTER SUBMISSION DEADLINE: September 20, 2023
  • Presentation period : Sunday, October 1, 2023
