Degree Conferment Ceremony of Autumn AY 2019

The degree conferment ceremony of Autumn AY2019 will be held as follow.

1. Date and Time
   Wednesday, September 18, 2019 10:00 a.m.
2. Place
   Lounge on the 1st floor in the University of Aizu Administrative Complex
3. Order
   (1) Opening
   (2) Degree Conferment
   (3) Address from University President
   (4) Address from the Representative of Graduates
   (5) Closing
4. To students graduating from the undergraduate school or completing a graduate program
   (1) Reception Time
   Reception for the ceremony starts at 9:20 a.m. Please go through the reception desk by 9:30 a.m. and take your seat in the venue.
   (2) Group Photos
   Group photos will be taken after the ceremony.
   (3) Graduation party
   ・ Date and Time: Wednesday, September 18, 2019 From 11:30 to 12:30
   ・ Location: "Keyaki" on the 2nd floor of the Student Hall
   ・ Guests: All graduates, their parents/guardians, faculty and administrative staff
   ・ Fee: Free of charge (hosted by the University of Aizu Supporters Association)
