[Final Report]

I experienced a lot while living in Germany for half of a year. I learned variety of things, though two big important things are there.

The one is "I should do something right after I want to do". I tended to do something bigger, however I excused and did nothing in daily life when I wanted to do something. As this action, my surroundings always concerned me. On the other hand, while studying abroad, I had to take action in just a half of year. As I didn't know when I could take the time, I needed to do in that time. At the first, I moved because of above reason, afterward I could change the thoughts that I do because I want to do.

The another is "not everything can be bought with money". Before going to Germany, I heard it a thousand times, but I didn't know the real meaning. I could know what experience is pointed just now. There were numerous times to experience the difference between Japan and others. What can see (e.g. food, buildings) made interesting me because of the individualities. What cannot see like thoughts were very different depends on where they came or lived. I sometimes agreed and disagreed with it. All these opinions made me have the flexible thinking. These also made me look again the importance for communication.

The purpose of this studying abroad was for academics. This studying abroad was also big opportunity for me to grow up. Based on this experience, I want my life to be better and not regrettable.

[Interim Report]

I'm currently in Regensburg, Germany as an international student. My goal is participating more practical lectures, using knowledge I have already learned at the University of Aizu, and improving my capability with other students.

In the lectures at OTH Regensburg, I write the amount of codes and also it's easy to follow the contents as professors are always kind. These make me feel satisfied a lot. Moreover students here have high passion for learning, therefore the library is always full. Inspired by them, I try to go there and do assignments and coding on free time.

These lectures started in October, however, in the first month here, I felt depressed about myself. I was always asked what I said by other international students. I thought this was happed because my English skill was much lower than others. I asked myself "Why am I here?". But through communicating, I made new friends and got confidence to talk in English with them.

I'm enjoying this German life so far, as organizing my birthday party, going to Oktoberfest and much more. This month, I celebrate the biggest event "Christmas" with my friends. I do my best in all remaining time to avoid any regret!
