Advanced Computer Architecture 2008
In this course, we will learn the implementation design techniques
of modern computer systems, including superscalar, simultaneous
multi-threading, multi-core processors, memory architecture,
system-level virtualization. In the first few weeks, the instructor
will review above topics. During this period, students will find
the topic of their interest and plan their course project in which
they will conduct experiments (such as simulations, or instrumentation)
related to the topic.
