Global Outreach: JICA Skill Development Project
Following high-level discussions and advisory work, I spearheaded a successful JICA Grassroots Technical Cooperation Project dedicated to ICT startup human resource development for youth and women. This collaboration, conducted in partnership with the University of Carthage and the University of Aizu, has shown tangible impact, with several young Tunisian participants successfully launching their own ventures.

Prime Minister's High-Level Committee:
I served as an advisory member responsible for ICT under the Prime Minister of Tunisia, contributing to the High-Level Committee for Science and Technology. This role involved providing high-level guidance and policy recommendations aimed at strengthening Tunisia’s science and technology ecosystem, fostering innovation, and leveraging digital transformation to drive sustainable economic growth.

Meeting with H.E. Mr. Nabil Ammar, Minister of Foreign Affairs (May 2nd, 2024):
I was graciously received by H.E. Mr. Nabil Ammar, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Tunisians Abroad. We engaged in a productive discussion on various key topics, including strategies to promote the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector in Tunisia.

Invitation and Visit of H.E. Mr. ELLOUMI Mohamed, Ambassador of Tunisia to Japan (March 30, 2022):
The Ambassador and his delegation visited the University of Aizu (UoA), initiated by myself, to explore potential avenues for academic collaboration between UoA and Tunisian universities. I presented recent advancements in AI research, followed by discussions focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation, with particular emphasis on future opportunities for Tunisian students.
