Trip to Aizu-Wakamatsu takes approx. 1-1.5 hours and costs 1.100 yen (1.500 yen in case of express train). |
You can buy the whole set of tickets (Narita - Tokyo - Koriyama - Aizu) at Narita Airport if you use JR Narita Line, or at Tokyo Central Station (Tokyo - Koriyama - Aizu). |
Bus (timetable) and taxi service to the University leaves from the front of the Aizu-Wakamatsu train station. English language traveler's information (train schedule assistance, subway maps, regional tourist pamphlets, etc.) is available at the Tourist Information Center of the Japanese National Tourist Organization (JNTO) in Terminal 2 of Narita International Airport. |
