• Countermeasures Against the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)(2021/1/20 updated)

  • We ask that users of the University Library cooperate with the following countermeasures against the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
    Please note that any changes to these countermeasures will be announced on the University Library website, etc.

    1.Temporary Closure of the University Library to External Visitors
    The University Library will be closed to external visitors as below for the for the purpose of preventing the spread of COVID-19.
    Period: March 10th, 2020 - until the date to be determined

    2. Points of Caution
    ① Refrain from visiting the library if you are required to stay home / when experiencing fever and other flu-like symptoms or otherwise not feeling well.
    ② Please wear a mask when you use the library, and practice proper cough etiquette, gargling, handwashing / disinfection, and other preventative measures.
    ③ Maintain a proper distance from other University Library users.

    3. Suspension of Use of University Library Facilities
    Use of the University Library's private study booth, group reading room, and AV room will be suspended indefinitely from April 1, 2020.
