The "Aizu Reverse Job-hunting Festival" was held online on Friday, February 26, 2021.

This event is the opposite of a regular joint corporate information session, in that corporate recruiters visit students' booths and conduct one-on-one interviews with them.
The purpose of this program is to provide a place for exchange between Aizu University students and companies in Fukushima Prefecture, and to encourage Aizu University students to settle in Fukushima Prefecture.
This is the fifth time we have held this event.

During the interview, students will introduce themselves, present their research in the laboratory and extracurricular activities, and then deepen their understanding of companies in Fukushima Prefecture by asking what kind of business they are developing and what kind of human resources they are looking for.

This time, Sixteen companies, including tenants of the Smart City AiCT and manufacturing companies, participated in the event.
A total of 17 first-year graduate students and third-year undergraduate students from the University of Aizu (including 4 international students) attended the event.
