For the second time in eight years, a team from the University of Aizu won an award at the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest(ACM-ICPC) 2017 World Championship.

From May 20-25, 2017, the ACM-ICPC 2017 World Congress was held in Rapid City, South Dakota, USA, where the team 575.cpp from the University of Aizu competed.
The team answered 4 out of 12 questions correctly, placing 59th out of 133 universities worldwide and tied for 56th.
