4th-year undergraduate student SHIRAI Tomoki won 1st place for Problem-C, 3rd place for Problem-B and 4th place for Problem-A at the Hitachi Hokudai Labo & Hokkaido University Contest 2019, a marathon style programming contest, held from November 8 to 21 and from November 29 to December 12, 2019. Mr. Shirai also won prizes at the contest in 2018.

<Comment from Mr. SHIRAI>
The theme of this contest was optimizing delivery planning in a dynamic environment. Problems regarding delivery planning are often seen at other contests, but most of them are optimization in a static environment. This theme was new to me so tackling it was really interesting. I also enjoyed exchanging opinions and impressions with other participants after the competition.
