This project has intended to investigate the possibility of new results for our center and co-researchers, making good use of computer equipment and different research areas. The parts of results were reported in ``Annual Review No. 3, 1996" published in March 1997. The fruits as group research will be succeeded to more concreat themes such as school education problem, regional health and welfare, lifelong study and sports, etc.
