Visualization of Basic Concepts in Quantum Physics

Hiroyuki Sagawa,
Professor, Center for Mathematical Sciences Research and Studies

We developed contrained 3D objects and animated graphics in Maple/and/or PostScript that illustrate concepts such as rotating vectors and colliding spheres. We discuss a particular simulation and provide students with the Maple source code. The results was presented at the World Conference of Nonlinear Analysis-96 as an invited paper.
