The objective of this study decided to give us a novel environment: AuthCAL, Top-Down Education Courseware Development system. We are trying to make teaching material using active document frameworks. We have a new concept with a educational system environment by a 7-layer model which provides a architecture of hyper-text with multimedia materials. Now we are developing a textbook that includes multimedia objects such as movies, voices and applications on multimedia networks.
