make new relationships among the existing data.
The linking capability of the graph data model
is good for this purpose.

The vector shape data and character string attribute of the drawings
can be stored into the GDM database.
- To find an optimum solution among conflicting
socio-economic conditions, the planner can visualize the
optimization process in 3-dimentional computer graphics.
