The English Reading Courseware Development Project was established to develop a course to advance English language reading and comprehension. A basic computer science text was selected to introduce technical terminology and vocabulary. A syllabus was developed and research materials were ordered. Lesson plans were developed and tested during the final quarter. Evaluation was initiated and will be completed in 1994. Changes will be made in the syllabus and lesson plans.
