The goal of this project is to develop the most effective cross-reference English grammar dictionary in book and software form for academic and technical writers in the computer science field that would serve both non-native and native English speakers. This software research and development in computational linguistics will include a tool for storing and studying common language errors made by non-native English speakers as well as software for interactive language assistance.
