- must be open for people, and be the information center which plays a good role for local area society
The affiliated library collects books, journals and papers systematically, makes the effective use of them, and gives the service for users properly. The library has no unnecessary partitions, creating an open atmosphere. We can retrieve information such as the location and the loan status of books we wish to read from any computer inside the University.
