RTC-Library-FUKUSHIMA Research Consortium Receives 3rd Annual Award for Contribution to the Promotion of RT-Middleware from the Japan Robot Association

RTC-Library-FUKUSHIMA (※1), a research consortium formed through a partnership between UoA and private IT enterprises, received the 3rd Annual Award for Contribution to the Promotion of RT-Middleware (Publishing and Advertising Division) (※2) from the Japan Robot Association at the International Robot Exhibition 2017 (※3) held on Wednesday, November 29 at the Tokyo Big Sight.
The body, which is engaged in the development of software that allows unified operation and control of robots, was recognized for its contribution to the promulgation of robot middleware systems. The UoA was represented by Professors Yashiro and Naruse at the award ceremony.
