Each participant will receive hands-on practice on assembling a personal computer using computer parts stored at the University. "C language" is very helpful to understand essentials of computers and software. Participants will have hands-on practice on programming by C language, using visualization methods of software which display movements of C programming (data processing) just like animations on a monitor. Participants will be able to learn programming as easily as making games. Illustrated programming process will help users more firmly understand difficult processing, e.g. movements of pointers.
Participation by programming beginners is also encouraged, as they can check the actual process of programming by viewing graphics displayed on a monitor.

Computers and computer network systems are about to show huge advancement, in line with advancement of networking technologies, advancement and maturity in methods of computer usage, increasing demand for information security and cost economization. Perhaps many Japanese have experienced difficulty in joining conversation in English, and they only nod or give very short feedback during English conversations. They are able to read and write English. However, when it comes to speaking, they are not able to speak out even simple English words. This workshop will focus on development of "a productive speaking ability," which will help speakers to speak out longer and simpler sentences by combining their vocabulary and grammatical competence.
